Beginner Level Pole Fitness Series

In our 6-week Beginner Level Pole Fitness Series you will learn a mix of fitness and dance moves. These classes include a warm up and strength conditioning followed by learning pole dance moves and spins in addition to floor work. These classes are designed to be progressive and build on what was taught the previous week. You should notice your progress from week to week. Class ends with free dance time followed by cool-down and stretching.
