We have put together a variety of different pole fitness classes for our community. Here is a short description of those classes and our schedule.
- Intro to Pole Fitness Workshop – this is a 60 minute class designed to give you a taste of pole fitness. Come out learn some new moves and see all the benefits pole fitness has to offer.
- Girls Night Out Workshop – We take the Intro Workshop and take the fun up a notch. These classes are Friday and Saturday nights designed to be a good time with your best friends. While you will have tons of fun, you will still get in a good workout!
- Beginner Pole Series – This 6-week class series will build on the moves we teach in our workshops, includes a full-body workout, and provides the foundation you need to progress to more advanced moves and tricks. All levels of fitness are invited to participate in this class!
- Advanced Pole Series – Do you have prior pole fitness or aerial experience? This class will focus on more advanced moves just for you! Approval is required to join this class and all students must be able to invert to join the fun.
